Palette Sisters Paintings Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The Palette Sisters, operated by Emily Weldon, Rebecca Weldon, and Jonathan Ross. The Secret Life of Lavender Town Paintings Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") Contact: thepalettesisters@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules. By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and with the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

All entry methods are free. Entries that are incomplete or do not follow these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person per entry method. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more times than permitted. Use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means, or any other attempt to circumvent these rules, will result in disqualification.

6. Prize. One winner receives Secret Life of Lavender Town, the whole set of eight, original, hand painted acrylic paintings. We cover shipping within the U.S. (approximate retail value: $2,000 USD). The actual value of the prize may differ at the time of award. The specifics of the prize are determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and any other expenses related to accepting and using the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 3rd, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of the notification being sent and may be required to return a completed declaration of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for incorrect or non-functioning contact information. Receipt of the prize is conditioned on compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the winner will result in disqualification.

9. Entrant Content and Information. Entrants are not required to submit photos, videos, or other creative content to enter. If you voluntarily submit any content (such as a comment or social media post) in connection with the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor the right to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, and you represent that it is your original work and does not infringe any third party's rights.

10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes, notify the winner, and, if you opted in, to send you updates from Palette Sisters. 11. Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, the Sponsor may select a winner from the eligible entries received before and/or after the action. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Official Rules, and may void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same user across different IP addresses or the use of automated means. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (v) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; or (vii) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved between the parties will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky, and you consent to that jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and to attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (such as costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List. To request the name of the winner, send a request to thepalettesisters@gmail.com within four (4) weeks after the end of the Entry Period.

15. No Affiliation. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social network used to share it. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any of these platforms. The Sweepstakes is also not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company.
